Effective Systems is a Houston based Management Consulting firm that provides services in the areas of Organizational Development, Leadership Development and Executive Coaching. The firm was founded in 1980 by Dr. Miguel Bernal, a pioneer in the field of applied behavioral science. In 1990, Chris Bernal joined his father to help expand the firm and is the current President. He brought his systems perspective approach to integrate technology and applied behavioral science to create practical talent development programs and interventions. Effective Systems has provided services to both Fortune 500 companies and small companies in the USA, UK, Europe, Mexico and many Latin American countries.
